Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a technique that involves deep, sustained pressure to myofascial restrictions or trigger points in order to restore movement and function. Fascia is the connective tissue that covers muscles, bone, nerves and blood vessels. Myofascial release enhances movement mechanics, strength, flexibility, and postural alignment. These techniques are performed by therapists who have post- graduate training in myofascial release.
