Hours of Operation
Physiofirst provides extended hours in order to meet the needs of those with hectic lifestyles.
We offer appointments from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday – Friday. (Hours may vary by location)
Research shows that with early intervention, injuries are likely to resolve more quickly. Given such, Physiofirst will attempt to provide an appointment time within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Individuals who schedule a new assessment and who do not attend and/or fail to cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged a $35.00 fee.
Cancellation of a 1 hour appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the current ½ hour rate.
Discretion may be exercised by the treating therapist or by management.
